Working principle: The spherical dryer is continuously stirred by the agitator, the material is turned over, and is dried under vacuum and crushed, and the upper and lower hemispheres and the stirring blade can be heated. The water vapor (or volatilized solvent) produced during the drying process can be collected by condensation. After the material is dried, it can be discharged through the tank bottom valve, and the lower hemisphere can be opened/closed for easy clearing. Efficient aseptic dynamic drying, non-polluting and manual intervention, especially suitable for low temperature vacuum drying of heat sensitive materials. Online cleaning is available to meet GMP requirements.

Uses: It is suitable for the drying of
pharmaceutical intermediates, bulk drugs, sterile
powders and other warm foods and chemical powders materials, and also has good effects on the preparation of dry powders from mother liquors.
Drying efficiency: It’s drying efficiency is 2~4 times of double cone, 2~3 times of single cone, 5~10 times of oven efficiency. The dry material has the advantages of no agglomeration, and meets GMP requirements.
